At Coding Coffee, we are dedicated to offering top-quality coding and programming courses, both online and offline. We recognize that sometimes situations may arise that necessitate a refund or return of a course. This policy outlines our procedures for handling such requests.

Refunds

We offer refunds for courses under the following guidelines:

  • Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the commencement of the course.
  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for courses that have not yet been completed. If you have engaged with any portion of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Procedure for Requesting Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@codingcoffee.co. The request should detail the reason for the refund and include any relevant supporting documentation.
  • Refund Review Process: Upon receipt of the refund request, we will review it to determine eligibility. If eligible, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Refund Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these guidelines or are deemed fraudulent.

Returns

  • Policy on Course Returns: We do not offer returns for courses once they have been initiated. If you have not started the course and wish to return it, you may request a refund following the guidelines above.
